Who doesn’t love a classic Victoria Sponge? How about an ultimate The Vegan Cakery Victoria Sponge with my own recipe oat-based vegan alternative to cream – every bit the British classic, a real tea-time favourite.
Whereas my postal-friendly version of Victoria Sponge has buttercream, this ‘hand delivery only’ version is a seven-inch sponge sandwich with raspberry preserve and oat-based vegan alternative to cream. It simply doesn’t get better!
