One of my absolute favourite French patisserie classics, so I just had to veganise them! Having proven hugely popular originally at The Vegan Cakery Afternoon Teas, Tartes aux Fraises – Strawberry Tarts – are also available to buy for Hand Deliveries.

From May 2025 the TVC Tartes aux Fraises are larger than the earlier versions (now 10cm), so an order contains six delicious, moreish Tarte aux Fraises. Pastry cases with silky TVC recipe creme patissiere, topped with fresh strawberries. Perfection!
