The Vegan Cakery’s take on this rich and comforting Yorkshire classic – a proper traditional treat!

Deeply spiced with ginger, this delicious cake is sticky, chewy and utterly moreish. Perfect with a hot drink, just as perfect served with custard or some vegan ‘cream’. As simple, cosy treats go, this is one of the best.
