This ‘Limited Edition Cake’ is a very special one for TVC – made in memory of (Mr Cakery) Marc’s late mum, Hazel Orme, who had a deep fondness for our chirpy winter chum the Robin…hence the ‘Rockin’ Robin’ cake!

It’s a great alternative to a regular Christmas Cake – chocolate flavour sponge covered with icing, with a hint of marshmallow and biscuit flavour, and filled with cherries
