Yes, you read it right…lemon curd is something I missed so much, so TVC created its own and trademarked the name V’urd (short for ‘vegan curd’).

Legally, any vegan alternative cannot be sold as ‘Curd’ due to compositional requirements – it obviously doesn’t contain egg. In TVC’s estimation, V’urd tastes just as good…actually better as it’s cruelty-free!

My vegan alternative to lemon curd is a delicious, zesty, lemon spread which you simply won’t be able to leave alone!
