Coronation Quiche

Six-inch quiche – £9

It had to be done didn’t it? The Vegan Cakery’s 100% vegan version of the Coronation Quiche, created to celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III.

Spinach, Soya Beans and Tarragon, plus my classic quiche mix, encased in delicious pastry. Personally, I’m not a fan of Tarragon – but this works!

Can be eaten hot or cold, if warming through then pop in the oven on 180 degrees for around 15 to 20 minutes.

This quiche can also be made soya free, utilising Broad Beans rather than Soya Beans. Please advise when placing your order.
