Another fantastic addition to The Vegan Cakery’s range of ‘old school classics’ – Concrete Cake!

Those of a certain age will well remember this classic being served in the school canteen, especially with either Pink Custard or Mint Custard (although my school never had either!).

If you’ve never tried this before, think of a moreish chocolate treat not overly dissimilar to a brownie but with a crunchy top.
