‘Bacon’ and Mixed Pepper Quiche

Six-inch quiche – £9

This really is an amazingly delicious TVC quiche – vegan ‘bacon’ pieces mixed in with red, green and yellow peppers. Try it once and you’ll definitely be ordering it again!

Can be eaten hot or cold, if warming through then pop in the oven on 180 degrees for around 15 to 20 minutes.

Six-inch pastry case with The Vegan Cakery’s own recipe quiche filling with added vegan ‘bacon’ and mixed peppers.
