Long a favourite at The Vegan Cakery Afternoon Teas, my cheesecakes have been incredibly popular for a long time…so about time, then, I made a version available for Hand Delivery Days!

These are strawberry flavour individual cheesecakes (in compostable Vegware containers). Absolutely delicious combination of crunchy biscuit base, creamy cheesecake and oh so flavourful strawberry. Topped with freeze-dried strawberry pieces.
